Zero Draft is a founding pre-order. You pay now; your pair is produced after casting closes and ships by end of January 2027. Every pair is numbered in casting order, made once, and never re-run. You can change your sizes within 48 hours of ordering. You can cancel for a full refund any time before dispatch, and up to 14 days after delivery. If we ever miss our shipping promise, you'll hear it from us first — and you can choose a full refund at any point if we do.

TERMS OF SALE — SCENE 00: ZERO DRAFT (PRE-ORDER)

1. What you're buying. Scene 00 — Zero Draft is a pre-order for the Founding Pair: THE EDIT (hoodie) and THE DRAFT (tee). Garments are produced in a single limited run after the order window closes on 5 November 2026. By ordering, you understand your items do not exist yet at the time of purchase and are made as part of this one-time production run of 222 pairs.

2. Payment. Full payment is taken at the time of order. All prices include VAT where applicable. Prices are shown in GBP. We are not currently VAT registered.

3. Delivery. Your founding pair will be dispatched no later than 31 January 2027. If production allows, we may dispatch earlier. If we become aware of any delay beyond this date, we will notify you directly by email before that date, and you may choose either to wait for the revised date or cancel for a full and immediate refund.

4. Cast numbers. Each pair is assigned a cast number (001–222) in strict order of purchase. Numbers are permanent and non-transferable between orders. If an order is cancelled or refunded, its cast number is transfers to a new owner on the waitlist.

5. Sizes. You select your hoodie size and tee size at checkout. Sizes may be changed by replying to your order confirmation within 48 hours of purchase. After this, sizes are locked for production and cannot be changed, as each run is cut to order.

6. Your right to cancel. You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. In addition, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason, for a full refund. To cancel after delivery, email us within 14 days of receipt and return the items unworn, in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of telling us. Return postage after delivery is at your cost unless the items are faulty.

7. Faulty or incorrect items. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If your items arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will offer a repair, replacement (subject to remaining stock from the run), or full refund including return postage, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Refunds. All refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of cancellation or of us receiving your return.

9. One run, ever. Zero Draft is produced once. We do not offer exchanges for different sizes after the 48-hour window, as no additional stock exists beyond the production run; if a size doesn't work on arrival, your remedy is the 14-day return and refund in section 6.
