SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping — Scene 00: Zero Draft (Pre-Order)

Zero Draft is a founding pre-order. Your pair is produced in a single run after the order window closes on 5 November 2026, and will be dispatched no later than 31 January 2027. If production allows, we may dispatch earlier.

If we become aware of any delay beyond 31 January 2027, we will email you directly before that date, and you may choose to wait for the revised date or cancel for a full and immediate refund.

You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking when your pair ships. During production, cast members receive fortnightly updates from the floor.

We currently ship to UK + US. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
